She's no stranger to using self-deprecating humour, so it's no surprise that Sophie Monk was more than happy to upload a rather bizarre video of herself mid-massage at the beach.

The 35-year-old actress, who has been holidaying in Mykonos this week, took to Instagram on Sunday as she received a 'massage' that involved a man rapidly shaking her legs.

Poking fun at herself, the leggy blonde wrote: 'It was only meant to be a quick foot massage... Most action I've had in awhile'.

Sophie is filmed wearing a red and yellow string bikini with a blue towel wrapped around her swimmer bottoms, revealing her set of noticeably lithe pins and muscular torso. 

Her makeup free face glowed red as she covered her mouth whilst cackling at her masseur's unusual style. 

Before taking to the Greek isles for a well-deserved holiday, the glamorous actress spent time in Germany filming upcoming remake of the 1963 horror flick, Blood Feast.

Sophie plays the waitress daughter of a cannibalistic murderer in the film.

The former breakfast radio has had her fair share of B-grade movie roles, appearing in Hard Breakers, Life Blood and The Legend of Awesomest Maximus.

The film was first released in 1963, with actor Mal Arnold in the leading role.

Earlier this week, Sophie posted a snap of the duo donning head towels accompanied with the caption, 'Our extensions are killing us from the movie!', referring to the fact that she had to wear hair extensions underneath her cropped mane for her role in Blood Feast.
