Dressed down in shorts, T-shirt and a baseball cap, Farrah rubbed her back as she pushed along by a male friend into the Accident & Emergency unit at the NHS hospital.

The single mother, 24, had her neck and back checked over by doctors following the shocking melee on Tuesday, which resulted in actress Vicki Michelle being struck on the head by a champagne glass.

Ahead of Thursday's final, Farrah revealed she would not be attending due to her poor relationships with many of her former housemates.

But while little is known about the altercation that took place in the final minutes of CBB's spin-off, hosted by Rylan Clark, Vicki is said to have suffered whiplash and concussion.

Speaking about his client's course of action her agent Paul Pearson, from London Theatrical, revealed to ITV News that the English actress and MBE will be taking legal action against Farrah.

In a statement, her agent said: ‘Actress Vicki Michelle MBE is this morning with Hertfordshire police and will be pressing charges against Farrah Abraham, who struck the back of her head with great force with a glass during the recording of CBBBOTS this week.’

‘Vicki has been in show business for 40 years and has been left in deep shock and with concussion after the attack by Ms Abraham.

'These investigations are on-going at this time. No arrests have been made.'

A representative for Farrah revealed to MailOnline that the Teen Mom star and her team made the initial phone call to the police on the night of the show.

'Farrah has been liaising with the police and her lawyer in regards to the night's events,’ they further explained.

A legal expert - from First4lawyers - revealed to MailOnline that Vicki could be owed up to £6,000 for traumatic stress.

It's thought recent CBB evictee Farrah was aiming at Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, who was sat beside Vicki during the Bit On The Side panel show on Tuesday evening.

Vicki, who was treated at the scene by paramedics before going home, told the Daily Mirror: 'I’m in complete and utter shock, she could have blinded me.

'If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face, she could have blinded me. It was awful. She whacked the glass hard like a discus. It was the base of the glass and it shattered in my hair.'

However, the alleged assailant Farrah is now claiming that she too was assaulted during the broadcast.

Her spokesperson said: 'We can confirm that Farrah was assaulted twice last night during BBBOTS and was seen by a medic, having suffered injuries as a result of one of the assaults. The matter has now been passed on to Farrah’s lawyer to handle.'

The incident took place after Aisleyne and Farrah had been arguing during the show over who had 'anger issues'.

As the show was broadcast on a time delay, Channel 5 producers cut to a stationary graphic as the fight kicked off, before later returning to host Rylan Clark, who explained the panel would not be returning due to an 'incident'.

Big Brother 7 star Aisleyne, 36, claimed on Wednesday she attempted to throw champagne over Farrah - not the glass as had previously been reported - but was horrified when the Teen Mom star allegedly threw two flutes at her.

Speaking to the Mirror, Aisleyne said: '[Farrah] threw the glass at me. It smashed all over the floor and the desk. Because it didn't get me she picked up another glass, threw it and it smashed. She picked up Jenna's (Jameson) glass and threw it.'

Aisleyne conceded she regretted throwing the champagne at Farrah, but didn't expect the US reality star to react so violently.

Vicki backed up Aisleyne's version of events, admitting the blonde Londoner was in tears following the incident.

Following the fracas, Farrah was pictured being escorted from the Elstree studios by security guards.

Aisleyne explained: 'I was having to duck. I was ducking and diving. I was worried about the glass getting in my face. It was like a western bar brawl to be honest.'

Farrah and Aisleyne had been invited on to the panel alongside former CBB housemates Jenna and Janice Dickinson - who had been evicted earlier that night - alongside Vicki to discuss the show's events.

In the run-up to the fight, Aisleyne called Farrah a 'nasty horrible b***h' who should 'f**k off' back to America.

The last thing heard by viewers was Farrah shouting: 'Hag be quiet, hag be quiet,' before Aisleyne yelled back: 'Sorry?' and then appeared to grab her champagne flute.

The show was filmed live but shown on a slight time delay, allowing CBB bosses to cut out the brawl but leaving mystified viewers watching a graphic.

Janice's agent later claimed than the former model had thrown herself in the path of another glass that was about to hit innocent bystander Vicki, who at this point was already injured.

The 60-year-old model was left with a bruise during the fracas, a source told MailOnline.

However, Farrah's former CBB housemate, former porn star Jenna denied on Twitter that she and the Teen Mom star were removed from the studios.

She tweeted on Wednesday afternoon: 'We left by choice, since others were so insane.

'Janice Dickinson went on a rampage slinging chairs hitting Farrah in the head and back!'

Referring to Janice, Vicki said the model threw a chair in an attempt to stop Farrah from throwing glasses.

In the aftermath on Tuesday night, Vicki confirmed on Twitter she had received medical attention after the attack which 'bloody hurt' - before returning home.

She posted on Twitter: 'Been checked over...going home now. Bloody hurt! But thank you for worrying, I'm ok...I think.'

A statement from Channel 5 on Wednesday read: 'Last night’s Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side was interrupted due to an incident on set. Everyone involved is fine and last night’s events are currently being investigated.'

The incident took place after viewers had watched weeks of Farrah's aggressive behaviour.

On the first day of CBB, Farrah raged after clashing with Natasha Hamilton, saying: 'You know what I want to do with this f***ing water bottle? Hit a b**ch...

'I wonder if I can spit on someone from up here.'

Ironically, Farrah repeatedly accused her housemates of being 'aggressive' and 'negative' during her time in the house before her eviction last Friday.

Days ago, Farrah clashed with Aisleyne's close friend, glamour model Nicola McLean on CBBBOTS, who she called a 'dumb bitch'.
