She recently got her wings as one of the newest Victoria's Secret Angels.

And Sara Sampaio showed just why she is a member of the most sought-after lingerie modelling group.

The 24-year-old Portuguese beauty was spotted showing off her model figure while walking her dog in the Soho neighbourhood of New York City on Thursday.

Her toned abs were on full display as she sported a white vest tied up during the leisurely stroll through the Big Apple.

Sara teamed the top with a pair of ripped blue skinny jeans along with all white Adidas Stan Smith trainers.

The Sports Illustrated model accessorised with a small red quilted Chanel bag and black designer shades featuring colourful iridium lenses.

Her brunette tresses were tied back in a ponytail as she sported natural, complimentary make-up on her face.

She definitely seemed to be quite the social butterfly as she chatted it up with two other dog owners on the sidewalk.

The former Vogue model is known for working with Lipsy and starring in a Carl's Jr advert earlier this year.

Also listed on her impressive resume is a Replay Fall Winter Campaign alongside Irina Shayk as well as a Blumarine campaign with Adriana Lima.

And the beauty has even been named 'the eighth wonder of the world' by the first edition of the year of Portuguese GQ in 2013.

The stunner was also the first-ever Portuguese model to star in the 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, for which she was hailed Rookie of the Year.

She has won the Portuguese 'Best Female Model' Golden Globe multiple times, is a brown belt in karate, plays the violin and loves to surf.

Earlier in the year, the brunette beauty was linked to One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles after she was seen visiting his New York hotel in June.
