Gavin Rossdale 'moves into new bachelor pad' following split from wife of 13 years Gwen Stefani

The Bush frontman and his wife shocked fans when they announced plans to divorce after 13 years of marriage.

And now Us Weekly has revealed that Gavin Rossdale has moved out of his home with Gwen Stefani and into a new bachelor pad.

The 49-year-old has reportedly picked up a $6.5 million house in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.

According to the publication, the father-of-three has found a way to enjoy the move, as he has been slowly furnishing his new place.

He has been taking his time unpacking and has been browsing shops such as Cassina, Diva Group, Ligne Roset, and Roche Bobois for new furniture and home decor.

'He’s picked out a lot of stuff and is enjoying the decorating process,' a source said. 'He carries around a notebook and takes pictures of the stuff he likes.'

The couple, who share sons nine-year-old Kingston, six-year-old Zuma, and 17-month-old Apollo announced on August 3 that they planned to divorce. 

'She isn't angry with Gavin,' a source told Us Weekly of Gwen's feelings regarding the split. 'But a year ago, he was already so removed from the marriage and Gwen.'

'The split has been in the works for a while and during all their bad times it made Gwen more focused on work,' the source continued.

The blonde beauty has since been focused on her stint as a judge - alongside Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Pharrell Williams - on NBC's The Voice.

Meanwhile, the two musicians - who split amicably - will continue to raise their three young sons together.

'The boys are splitting their time between Gwen’s and Gavin’s new house,' a source told Us Weekly of the couple's new arrangement.

The source continued: 'Gavin’s new house is close to their school and about 20 minutes from Gwen’s.'
