First she visited Grace Nails to have a clear lacquer painted onto her finger nails. Then she went to Temptations restaurant with a friend, sitting outside in the courtyard dining area.

She spent much of the time making and taking telephone calls and one stage left her friend alone for 15 minutes as she spoke into her mobile.

When Daily Mail Online wished her a speedy recovery as she got up to leave she said: 'Thank you. But I will never, ever give an interview.'

Friends said she was doing 'pretty good' after she was rushed to hospital on Tuesday night from a suspected pills and booze overdose.

Her ex-love O'Donnell, 53, is reported to have been her savior after keeping her on the telephone long enough for medics and police to get to her.

TMZ reported that O'Donnell had tried to talk Rounds out of her plan and when she realized that she was going through with it, had someone else make a 911 call while she stayed on the phone with her former wife.

Troubled: Sheerer was convicted of possessing controlled dangerous substances and child endangerment after a 2013 incident in which he was arrested with heroin and marijuana while in a car with a woman and her two children (mugshot left)

Chelsea was gone for eight days before authorities found her with Sheerer, who was convicted of possessing controlled dangerous substances and child endangerment after a 2013 incident in which he was arrested with heroin and marijuana while in a car with a woman and her two children, aged one and three.

Chelsea was discovered hiding in Sheerer's attic with her dog Bear when police arrived on the scene, and willingly went with them.

Sheerer was charged with third degree endangering a child and third degree distribution of obscenity to a minor. Those charges each carry a jail term of up to five years, and his bail was set at $40,000 - with the judge also ordering he have no contact with the O'Donnell family.

The distribution of obscenity charge was the result of a nude photo Sheerer had sent Chelsea, then 17, on the dating app Tindr.

The charges were eventually dropped however, along with the no-contact order, when Chelsea petitioned the judge, who approved her request.

Soon after this, Chelsea, who had been living with her biological mother Deanna Micoley in Wisconsin, headed to New Jersey to be with Sheerer.
