The former Olympian has complained of physical threats so therefore she doesn't want to provide personal information about her gender change.

That is why she has asked that details not be made public.

She has been open about facial surgeries and her breast implants, but has so far remained silent on if and when she has or plans to surgically remove her penis and have female genitalia constructed.

Caitlyn already hosted a name-changing ceremony for her and her friends which was documented on her E! series.

She originally filed the paper work for the change in early September.

Jenner came out as a female on the July cover of Vanity Fair with a racy shoot by Annie Leibovitz.

The former athlete said she came out as transgender because she was tired of 'telling lies.'

'If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, "You just blew your entire life, you never dealt with yourself,"' she told the publication.

'I don’t want that to happen.'

The star, who has been wearing women's clothes since that debut, has also had difficulty with her family.

After telling Vanity Fair that she would still be with Kris Jenner, 59, if the momager was more accepting, Kim Kardashian, 34, as well as sister Khloe, 31, blew up.

Kris and Bruce divorced in 2014.

When Kim visited Caitlyn at her hilltop Malibu mansion during an episode of I Am Cait, she explained why Kris had no choice but to leave the marriage.

Mrs Kanye West said, 'If you're a woman now, she is not a lesbian. She does not want to be with a woman. That is not fair to ask. You got the fame, but you're losing your family.'

Caitlyn was ridiculed this week on TV's South Park.

The show's creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker pulled no punches in the second episode of the season - which aired Wednesday - taking on political correctness and Jenner's high-profile gender transition.

After Mr Garrison took on a Canadian Donald Trump for building a wall to keep out Americans, he returned to Colorado where he announced his plans to run for president with Caitlyn as his running mate.

Cruel: 'Buckle up, buckaroo!' Caitlyn yelled before putting pedal to the metal. As the car screeched away, she hit and flattened an innocent pedestrian in a nod to Jenner's chain reaction car crash earlier this year in which an elderly woman driver was killed

Garrison, of course, is South Park's very own transgender character having transitioned to female and back again to male over the past several years.

He was seen sitting next to Caitlyn, who has a distorted face and is wearing a pink headscarf, in her white convertible
