Last year, Rihanna trademarked her name, leading people to speculate that she is working on launching a clothing empire.

And it seems the 27-year-old is ready to start hiring, as she shared the Fenty Corp employee handbook on Twitter and Instagram on Thursday.

Rihanna had her tongue firmly in her cheek when she wrote the joke handbook, which comes up with ridiculous demands.

Rihanna’s rules are just as tough when it comes to sick days. She writes: ‘We will no longer accept a doctor’s note as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work.’

The Diamonds hit-maker also advises that people should not take time off for bereavement, as ‘there is nothing you can do for dead friends’.

She promises that once the time is up, ‘an alarm will sound, the toilet paper roll will retract, the stall door will open and a picture will be taken’.
