And on Thursday Scout Willis decided to make the most of being in the Big Apple going for a stroll with a pal.

The 24-year-old had dressed for cooler climes, wearing a beige sweater and a short navy skirt.

Scout Willis took a step back from walking around topless and opted to wear some clothes while on a stroll in NYC, after all the weather is getting a little nippy- pun intended.

We were not surprised in the least to see Scout don one of this seasons hottest footwear trends: the over-the-knee boot.

Working an off-duty look in a button front skirt and a tan sweater, Scout rounded off the casual ensemble with the hottest pair of over-the-knee boots around right now.
