Morgan Schneiderlin believes Manchester United are yet to see the best of him because he is still adapting to Louis van Gaal's 'very strict' management style.
The France international sealed a £25million move to Old Trafford from Southampton in July after being widely regarded as one of the Premier League's best defensive midfielders.
Schneiderlin worked under eight different managers during his seven-year spell at St Mary's but is yet to work under a coach like Van Gaal.

Schneiderlin played the full 90 minutes of Manchester United's 3-0 win over Sunderland on Saturday
Speaking to Telefoot, Schneiderlin said: 'Van Gaal is a very strict coach.
'It's a new management approach, one I haven't experienced before. You have to adapt because a lot of things have changed.'
The 25-year-old, who has made eight appearances for United since joining the club, appears to be enjoying his time at the Red Devils despite still being in the settling in process.
'Manchester United are the greatest club in the world. You can see it in the enthusiasm among fans when we play a game.'

Van Gaal believes Schneiderlin is 'doing very well' but still has a lot of room for improvement.
The Dutchman said of Schneiderlin: ‘For a player from Southampton, it is a big step to move to Manchester United and get used to how we prepare.
‘Very few teams play or prepare for matches the way we do. That is a part of the procedure.
‘He is doing very well and I expect he shall improve every week. It is not always easy but he is coping with that because he is a thinker. When you think about the game it is easier to cope.
'He has high competition and it is not easy for him.'
