She may not have been on the catwalk, but Miranda Kerr still treated her surroundings as a runway when arriving at LAX airport on Friday.

The 32-year-old Australian model put her best fashion foot forward, opting for casual chic with a sassy twist in a pair of sleek black leather trousers.

The mother-of-one's stylish leggings fitted her trim pins perfectly, and she chose to team them with not one, but three tops by following the on-trend layering look.

Miranda wore a white top layered with a plunging black blouse, and a denim blue shirt was draped on top to give off a cool vibe.

Always the fan of accessorising, the runway sensation donned a pair of dark sunglasses, while a chic black handbag was slung over her left arm.

While Miranda prides herself on her luscious, long waves, the brunette beauty decided to scrape them back on this occasion into a neat and practical top knot bun.

Her signature dimples, however, were of course on display, as she flashed her signature smile to onlookers at the Los Angeles airport.

Not by her side was her entrepreneur beau Evan Spiegel.

The model also shares her son, four-year-old Flynn, with former partner and husband Orlando Bloom, 38, whom she separated from in 2013.

She recently told HELLO! Fashion Monthly magazine that she and Orlando are still on good terms for the sake of their young son.

She said: ‘Orlando and I are still really close so he'll [Flynn] be with his dad for a couple of days, then when I come back, he'll be with me so that his dad can travel. He's always either with his dad or with me.’

And the former couple even live just ‘five minutes’ away from one another after moving to new properties in Los Angeles to make things even easier for their little boy, rather than returning to their native countries after the split.

‘We decided as a family it was the right decision for Flynn, so Orlando and I both relocated and we live five minutes from each other. Everything revolves around my son and his welfare.’
