She's had her hands full promoting her latest film, A Tale Of Love And Darkness.

And Natalie Portman stopped off in Krakow, Poland to check out the Film Spring Open Air festival on Sunday morning, adding a touch of A-list glamour to the educational programme for young artists from the audio-visual industries.

The 34-year-old actress kept her look classic and and went make-up free as she chatted to directors, screenwriters and producers at the event.

Natalie wrapped up warm against the morning chill in a grey tweed coat, worn buttoned up over a black shirt, smart trousers and classic pumps.

The Oscar-winning Black Swan star showcased her amazing bone structure and flawless complexion by forgoing foundation and eye make-up, looking fresh-faced and radiant.

The brunette star was spotted carrying a bright green toy dog as she strolled around the event, which she was invited to by her A Tale Of Love And Darkness cinematographer, Slawomir Idziak.

Natalie was in high spirits, laughing and joking as she mingled with the excited organisers and participants at the film festival ahead of addressing the crowd.

The actress' new movie, which has been in the works for seven years, also marks her directorial debut.

A Tale Of Love And Darkness is a drama based on the memoir of Amos Oz, a writer, journalist, and advocate of a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The actress even went to the extent of learning Hebrew for the role, having previously set out to cast an Israeli actress in the part.

There were numerous obstacles to overcome for Natalie, explaining to The Independent: 'Amos is an extremely kind, warm human being and so he didn’t make me feel like I was on trial.

'I really had to show him my passion and commitment to the material and all he asked was that I don’t make any sort of simplified explanations.'
