Singer Ciara made sure all eyes were on her when she attended the prestigious amfAR gala in Milan on Saturday evening.

The 29-year-old chose a grey patterned floor-length gown which trailed behind her for the event, held during Milan Fashion Week at La Permanente.

Joined by a host of stars including Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum and Dakota Johnson, the mother-of-one made sure she didn't blend in, with her stunning ensemble.

The Texas-born Princess of Crunk&B was engaged to hip-hop star Future - with whom she has a son also called Future - before calling it off in August 2014.

She's been dating Seattle Seahawks quarter back Russell Wilson since April this year.
