Paul Walker was still alive when the Porsche he was a passenger in caught fire after the horrific crash that took his life, according to a lawsuit filed by his daughter Meadow. The 16-year-old, whose father died in 2013, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche claiming that the 2005 Carrera GT Walker was riding in had specific design flaws that contributed to his untimely demise. The lawsuit claims that the Fast & Furious star was not killed on impact after the driver of the vehicle hit a concrete lamppost and two trees but was in fact alive when the sports car caught fire, reports TMZ .

NEW MTV extreme sports star Erik Roner, 39, died he hit a tree while trying to land during a skydiving performance at a celebrity golf event in Squaw Valley, California, on Monday Morning. Roner became entangled high above ground and was pronounced dead at the scene. Roner was known for being part of the Nitro Circus, an MTV show centered around freestyle motocross rider Travis Pastrana and his crew of extreme sports athlete friends. He also hosted TV show 'Locals' on sports network Outside Television.

After laughing at the child's costume, a security guard took baby Quinn (top right) to the Pontiff where he blessed her and kissed her on the cheek. When the guard returns the baby to her mother (bottom right), he tells her, 'he says you have a great sense of humour.' Kimberly Smith's (left) car rolled over three times in a wreck in Irving, Texas, on Sunday, leaving her trapped inside upside down (right). An Army veteran who was mugged and shot in the back after leaving a St. Louis Cardinals game on Friday has been told he may never walk again. Christopher Sanna, 43, (center right and bottom left) was at the stadium celebrating his mother's 60th birthday with his family when he made an early exit with his girlfriend because he had work in the morning, As he returned to his car around 10.30pm, two armed men in a black sedan cornered and robbed them but when they tried to flee one of the men opened fire and hit Sanna, shattering his spinal cord. 'They said it was shattered, and no surgery could repair it,' said his mother, Candis Sanna to the St Louis Dispatch.

Not fussed, the biker replies 'brilliant' before the pair continue their argument further down the road , all the while the driver's female passenger sits quiet in the front seat.
