The Don't Be Tardy star lashed out on the feeds of her 960K followers by writing: 'R u f***in serious! Your disgusting!!'

Bad grammar aside, Kim appeared to vehemently deny the posting on the 43-year-old magazine editor's site.

In the article a source for Naughty Gossip claimed: 'Kim has been rewarded for not always telling the truth. It has made her famous and it would be silly to expect her to change her ways now. Did she has medical issues, yes? Were they are serious as she said, we will never know.'

The medical issue has put her future on the reality dancing competition show up in the air as she revealed over the weekend that she is already thinking about a return to the programme.
