Kelly Rutherford, 46, wears see-through black lace blouse for NY premiere of Roger Waters The Wall putting child custody battle woes behind her

She will be back in court in Monaco next month as her battle for custody of her two young children continues.

But until then Kelly Rutherford is keeping herself busy with work and social events.

And on Monday, the 46-year-old actress turned up in a very revealing black blouse for the New York premiere of Roger Waters The Wall at Ziegfeld Theater in New York.

The Gossip Girl star gave glimpses of skin in the lacy garment that clearly showed her black bra even though it was demurely buttoned up to the neck and tied with a bow.

She teamed it with a knee-length black pencil skirt with a box pleat in the front that no doubt made it easier to walk in her black, high-heeled wrap shoes.

The blonde pulled her tresses back into an updo and she accessorised with a large gold watch and a flashy ring.

Dare to bare in a lace blouse like Kelly

Kelly Rutherford went for somber tones when she donned a black lace top and grey pencil skirt to the premiere of Roger Waters The Wall in New York.

The mother-of-two chose a prim and proper skirt, but made her look more edgy with the see through Dolce & Gabbana number and a pair of lace-up cutout shoes.

We adore the floral lace pattern and tie-neck design that can be worn with a bra a la Kelly or with a silk camisole underneath for a more modest approach.

Click right to get the blouse at Saks Fifth Avenue for $1875. And if the designer price is far too high, nab a lookalike style from the edit below. NineMinutes has a nearly identical version for just $64 or go sleeveless at New York & Company.

Kelly recently returned from Monaco, where she tried to persuade a court to allow her to take her U.S.-born children - Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6 - back to America.

At present her German ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, 41, has custody and he lives in Monaco and France.  The former couple wed in 2006 shortly before the birth of their son and divorced in 2009 while Kelly was pregnant with their daughter.

They have been fighting over custody since 2012 after a judge in California ruled the children should live with their father because his US visa was revoked after the divorce, meaning he would not have access to them.

But she forgot her heartbreak for the evening as she enjoyed the event movie with a host of celebrities including Roger Waters himself, his sons Jack and Harry, and Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason.

The film is based on The Wall, the 1979 concept album the 72-year-old wrote when he was the leader of Pink Floyd.

Sting and wife Trudie Styler joined the veteran rocker along with The Wall actress DeeDee Luxe who showed off her burlesque credentials by doing the splits on the red carpet.

Actress-singer Lena Hall and singer-model Charlotte Kemp Muhl also joined the fun with Charlotte literally jumping for joy on the red carpet.

Roger Waters The Wall played at the Toronto Film Festival earlier this month.

After the New York premiere it will be shown on Tuesday in about 500 theaters in the US and 2,200 worldwide with no further dates planned, according to the New York Times, although a DVD is in the works.
