'It didn't feel like it was real. It's Justin Bieber, no way': Teenage fans amazed when the pop star emerged from his Sydney hotel for a morning skateboarding session

Pedestrians walking past Sydney's Four Seasons Hotel could not help but double back as a swarm of young fans gathered outside to catch a glimpse of Canadian pop star Justin Bieber.

Some had been waiting for the singer to emerge from his hotel since 6am on Tuesday and were rewarded an hour later when he rolled out on his skateboard.

One of the lucky few to spot the 21-year-old, who shot to stardom for his 2010 hit Baby, was 20-year-old Jessica Disibio.

Decked out in her Bieber merchandise, Ms Disibio told Daily Mail Australia she almost got a taste of what she had been trying to get for eight years - a photo with the hit-maker.

'There were only 10 girls at the time here, about 7am. He was on his skateboard and he stopped right in front of me,' she said.

'Some photographers got in his face and he took off. He was pretty close I could touch him.

'It was very exciting.'

But this is not the first time Ms Disibio has spent hours waiting for her idol.

'I spent five days at his hotel last time he was here for Hillsong. I saw him, I had a conversation but I didn't get a photo with him so that's disappointing.'

The 20-year-old had also tried to get a ticket to Bieber Island via a competition, saying she called '2,000 times a day over three phones for three weeks'.

The guard, who asked not to be named, told Daily Mail Australia: 'He was a danger to pedestrians, this is private property. Just because he's famous it doesn't mean he can ride around here.'

'He was about to argue but then thought better of it when he released I meant business.'

Deflated, the Canadian-born star finally up picked his black and yellow board and, head bowed, moved on with his pal.

Wearing his peroxide locks hidden beneath a cap, faded jeans and long baggy T-shirts, Justin was instantly recognisable to fans.

Female groupies lined up to take snaps of their heartthrob as he concentrated on his moves.
