This past weekend Danny Pintauro had an emotional interview with Oprah Winfrey on an episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now? as he revealed he is HIV-positive, and has been for 12 years.

But the star, who received support from former co-star Judith Light, seemed to be in good spirits following the revelation, as he was spotted at the Transcendent premiere party on Monday.

The 39-year-old showed off a big grin as he posed alongside Mean Girls star Daniel Franzese and the cast of the new Fuse series in Los Angeles.

Danny wore a loose-fitting navy blue button down over a fitted grey V-neck T-shirt, coupled with a pair of dark skinny jeans.

He finished off the casual look with a pair of black leather boots and showed off a smile as he hit the carpet.

He was joined by his husband Wil Tabares who sported a colorful patterned button down along with a pair of dark wash jeans.

The pair flashed their pearly whites as they posed on the carpet together ahead of the premiere party.

It's likely been a difficult week for Danny, as the star - who grew up in front of an audience as Jonathan Bower on the popular 1980s sitcom - recently revealed his medical struggles with Oprah.

He told Oprah: 'I wanted to tell you this a long time ago, but I wasn't ready. I’m ready now, I’m HIV-positive and I have been for 12 years.’

But the former TV star seemed to be in good spirits as he was spotted hugging Daniel, who donned a short-sleeved button down, slate grey trousers, and white sneakers with blue and red laces on Monday.

Daniel also posed with the stars of the new Fuse series, one of whom - Xristina - claimed to have had a relationship with Jennifer Lopez's beau Casper Smart.

Xristina wore a strapless, gold and black asymmetrical mini dress which featured a train with a leopard print pattern.

Bold: The Fuse star, who previously claimed to have a relationship with Jennifer Lopez's beau Casper Smart, donned a strapless black and gold mini dress with a train that featured animal print in the lining

She coupled the bold look with a pair of gold, peep toe pumps, and wore shimmery, leopard print make-up on her face around her eyes.

She wore her long, brunette tresses styled straight, and accessorized with a large, statement necklace.

The model is one of five stars set to appear on the new Fuse series, which follows a group of young, talented trans women as they navigate their professional, personal and romantic lives while performing at one of San Francisco's most popular cabarets.

She was joined by fellow co-stars Bambiana, Bionka, LA, and Nya as they celebrated the show's premiere.
