Back to work! Kate Hudson looks to be in great spirits on Mother's Day set in Georgia after 'hooking up' with Nick Jonas in Florida

She spent the weekend in Florida with Nick Jonas, who is 13 years her junior.

But by Monday Kate Hudson was back to work on the Atlanta, Georgia set of her new ensemble drama Mother's Day, which also stars Jennifer Aniston and Julia Roberts.

The 36-year-old daughter of Goldie Hawn appeared to be in great spirits as she laughed during a scene at a picnic table with Margo Martindale and Sarah Chalke.

The film is about intersecting stories of moms who all collide on Mother's Day. 

This on-set sighting comes after Hudson was seen in Miami with Jonas.

On Sunday the two were side by side during an intimate brunch on/ The day before they were together on rollercoasters at Disney World, according to TMZ.

The site claimed the two stars are 'hooking up.'

The gossip wesbite said the Rock The Kasbah star was in the audience for Jonas' appearance at the House Of Blues in Orlando on Saturday night.

Jonas performed again Sunday night in Miami at the Fillmore Miami Beach as he continues to promote his new single Levels.

Hudson was also at his September 9 concert in New York along with a host of other celebrities including his rumored ex-girlfriend Kendall Jenner, Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Casper Smart. Also there were Nick's brother Joe with galpal Gigi Hadid.

Hudson, a mother of two, has twice been with rock musicians.

She has an 11-year old son Ryder from her six year marriage to The Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, which ended in 2007, and a son Bingham, four, with former fiance and Muse frotnman Matthew Bellamy.

The actress found fame as a rock star groupie in Cameron Crowe's Almost Famous for which she won a Golden Globe. 

Jonas last dated former beauty queen Olivia Culpo and has been linked to Kendall Jenner.

On Monday she posted a photo on her Instagram account from the location set in Atlanta showing herself standing in the doorway of her movie star trailer.

The blonde beauty is wearing a long-sleeved top and tiny shorts that show off her long legs.

She captioned the snap: 'Monday #TrailerLife.' 

Her new film Rock The Kasbah with Bill Murray and Bruce Willis hits theatres on October 23. 

Meanwhile, Jonas is set to perform Monday night in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Tuesday night in Silver Spring, Maryland.
