Spencer Matthews may be just out of a relationship, but he's now channelling his focus into fitness.

Instead, the Made In Chelsea hunk was seen getting into peak physical shape this month as he escaped to Ibiza and enrolled in military training programme No1 Boot Camp.

Put through his paces by a team of unrelenting experts, the 26-year-old Playboy - who cheated on long-term girlfriend Lauren Hutton this month leading to their split - demonstrated the impressive results after just one week of total dedication.

Spencer seems to have achieved a rippling six pack and perfect pectorals; dropping 10lbs in the time that he's been on the White Isle training with ex-Navy PT instructor Ricki Parcell.

And, a testament to his switch in priorities from his relationship to himself, a friend of the MIC star explained that 'all [Spencer] cares about is getting in shape' right now.

The reality TV star confirmed his split with girlfriend Lauren, 27, just two weeks ago after he was caught kissing aspiring singer Emma Walsh outside Mahiki nightclub in London.

He's clearly channelled his attentions into body confidence as he was pictured working out with boulders and weights while being subjected to a string of gruelling endurance exercises.

As part of the program, Spencer is also experiencing a combination of meditation, yoga and early nights, perhaps in a bid to detox his bad boy lifestyle.

Luckily for him, Spencer and his friends have been able to see the funnier side of his behaviour towards Lauren.

Jamie posted a mocking selfie to his Instagram on Tuesday afternoon, poking fun at a near-identical snapshot by Lauren only two weeks previous.

He wrote: 'It's confirmed @spencermatthews and I are a couple' beside a picture of him nestling into shirtless Spencer in bed.

The post seemed to bear a striking resemblance to the one a defiant Lauren shared when it was speculated that she and Spencer had split.

Spencer's representative later insisted that he was in fact single, as was previously reported.
