It's been two days since she was officially declared a woman by the state of California and allowed to legally change her name.

But that doesn't seem to have improved Caitlyn Jenner's mood, after she stepped out looking typically downcast once again on Sunday afternoon.

It's been a busy weekend for the 65-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star because a judge put his stamp of approval on her request to go from William Bruce to Caitlyn Marie at a Los Angeles county court just last Friday.

TMZ reports that The I Am Cait reality star was not present at the brief hearing , though her lawyers were, 10 days after she filed a formal request to have her identity changed.

The request was made by Caitlyn 'to better match my identity' following her physical transformation in June and her revelation in the July issue of Vanity Fair.

It will mean that she can now change her driver’s license and social security card following a background check and medical declaration.

The reality star's disposition remained largely unchanged on Monday, despite the seal of approval on her new lifestyle.

Stepping out for groceries in Malibu, California, Caitlyn's personal sense of style did nevertheless, continue to follow her gender transition.

She demonstrated once again that her fashion taste has certainly been influenced by her famous stepdaughters the Kardashians and on Monday the 65-year-old appeared to be taking a page out of Khloe Kardashian's style book while shopping.

The former Olympian showcased her slim legs in a pair of white denim skinny trousers, similar to a style adopted by her famous reality star stepdaughter.

The outing comes as her ex-wife Kris Jenner was seen breaking down in tears as she admitted she was missing Bruce as he was, in Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

As Caitlyn threw out her old clothes, Kim took some of them to her mother, as a memento of Bruce, but the momager was moved emotionally by the gesture.

Meanwhile: It's been a busy past few days for Caitlyn, who has been celebrating her gender and name being legally changed

'I wanted to give you these things,' Kim, 34, tells her mom as she arrives at Kris' house holding a number of clothing bags.

'Caitlyn let me take this,' she says, holding up a Gucci jacket with the tag still on.

An emotional Kris says 'Yeah, I bought him that.'

As her mom breaks down, Kim comforts her, saying 'Don't cry.'

'It's just crazy that he's gone,' an overcome Kris sobs as she wipes away her tears. 'But he's not,' replies Kim as she watches her mom with concern.
