What a trooper! Bindi Irwin keeps her injured ankle wrapped up as she leaves Dancing With The Stars studios following a day of rehearsals

She recently suffered a foot injury while performing a Dancing With The Stars routine on Saturday, but that hasn't dampened bubbly Bindi Irwin's spirits.

Known for her can-do attitude, the injured 17-year-old was ever exuberant on Sunday as she departed the Dancing With The Stars rehearsal studio in Hollywood with her boyfriend, Chandler Powell, 18.

With her man in tow, the animal welfare activist looked casual wearing a navy blue t-shirt emblazoned with the image of a giraffe, a pair of leggings, some khaki Converse sneakers and a small bandage on her injured right ankle.

After injuring her ankle on Saturday, the petite Queenslander took to Instagram to gush about her supportive boyfriend.

Sharing a black-and-white snap of the two cuddling up on a deck chair, Bindi cooed: 'Thank you for always making me laugh, helping me to ice my foot when it hurts, making me tea and hugging me when I'm tired. You're amazing.'
