'Send in Muslim troops to fight ISIS': Putin's strongman Chechen ally calls on Russian PM to expand operations in Syria to finish off 'these evil spirits'

'Send in Muslim troops to fight ISIS': Putin's strongman Chechen ally demands Russian PM

Ramzan Kadyrov, the president of Chechnya (pictured, top, with Putin), said Moscow should massively expand its operations in Syria - which began yesterday with controversial airstrikes on anti-government rebels. He said: 'I'm convinced that not only airborne should be used there, but also infantry, because the faster we finish off ISIS, the more peacefully we'll live across the territory of global community. We Chechens as yet, unfortunately, have no opportunity to participate in the fight against these evil spirits.' Kadryov, who runs the formerly war-torn province with an iron fist and is seen as one of Putin's most loyal supporters, said Muslim fighters from Chechnya should be sent to combat the Islamist extremists. His comments come after Russia was accused of 'pouring gasoline on the fire' of Syria's civil war after it defied the West to drop bombs over the war-torn state.

The former recruitment boss was inspired to buy the cave after being diagnosed with MS at the age of 29, a catalyst which forced him to rethink his high-flying career and the stress and unhealthy lifestyle that came along with it. He then set about carving, cutting and drilling into the sandstone hillside - including excavating 70 tonnes of stone by hand - to make his dream a reality. The father-of-two first came across the cave in 1999 when he and some friends were forced to find shelter during a rainy bike ride. Incredibly, while he was flicking through a property supplement more than ten years later, he noticed the very same cave was up for sale for £62,000. Pictured clockwise, from top left: One of the bedrooms; the cave's kitchen; the outside of the cave, complete with a terrace and the dining area.
