Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale was one of many famous faces to take to social media following Wales' narrow victory over England in their Rugby World Cup showdown in Twickenham.
Despite leading for most of the Pool A clash, the hosts were beaten 28-25 in an exciting match at the home of rugby - although Warren Gatland's side paid the cost of victory with several injuries during the tough tackling contest.
The world's most expensive footballer shared an Twitter image of himself standing with a rugby ball in front of a television screen showing Wales above England in their Pool table, accompanied by the caption: 'What a game! Come on #Wales'.

Bale's parents were at the game and celebrated victory with former Wales midfielder Robbie Savage who shared a picture of the group while also taking the opportunity to wind up England with the comment: 'Wow to be fair England put up a good fight against Wales reserves'.
Another Welsh icon, comedian Rob Brydon, also used to Twitter to express his pride with the comment: 'So proud of the Welsh boys. What a victory. Just remarkable. Congratulations to Warren and his team'.
Burnley midfielder Joey Barton remained optimistic that England can still beat Australia to qualify from their Pool while praising Wales' 'plums'. 'Aussies can't scrummage. It's not the end of the road. We could easily turn them over. FairPlay to Wales, showed some real plums tonight,' he said.
But, perhaps the most surprising fan to comment on the game was Hollywood actor Samuel L Jackson who sent a consoling message to England captain Chris Robshaw, saying: 'Tough but epic game @CRobshaw. Still all to play for against Oz. Hope Wales can get backline together for Fiji! #ENGvWAL #One4theboys'.
