It's just three weeks since Fearne Cotton and husband Jesse Wood welcomed their new daughter, Honey Krissy, into the world.
And the 34-year-old certainly isn't glossing over the realities of life with a newborn, as a series of Instagram images showing the former Radio 1 presenter with 'mum hair' prove.
The photos show the normally sleek-haired star with unkempt, tied-back locks as she documents how grooming goes out of the window when you've been up all night with a baby.

The latest shot, posted last week, was entitled 'Another for the mum hair series' and follows on from a similar photo showing Fearne looking deprived of sleep in which she revealed her new addition 'certainly lived up to the Wood family name'.
The images have earned praise from fellow new mums who have largely responded saying they can relate to the chaos of the early days of motherhood.
Amber Edwards said: 'nothing better than new born baby mummy hair' while @yetanothermama said Fearne had an ethereal glow from behind her, which showed 'real mummy power.'

Motherhood can make you do strange things! Fearne posted this week about forgetting how to drive
Alongside the photos, Fearne also posted this week about how a lack of sleep appeared to have led her to forget how to drive.
She said on Twitter: 'Sleep deprivation just got real. Just took me 10 mins to get my car off the driveway as I FORGOT how to drive my car.'
It's been three weeks since Fearne broke the news that she'd given birth, writing: 'Jesse and I are over the moon and buzzing with love, as our baby daughter Honey Krissy Wood came into the world this morning.'
The newborn is a younger sister to her son Rex, who was born in February 2013 and appears to be named after Jesse's mother Krissy Findlay, who passed away in June 2005.
Fearne previously revealed that Jesse's two children from a previous relationship, as well as their two-year-old son Rex, were all eager to name the baby.
Announcement: The ecstatic star, 34, couldn't wait to share the news with her fans on Twitter, taking to the social media site just hours after welcoming the tot into the world
Blooming love: The 34-year-old is already mum to son Rex and is also a stepmum to Jesse's kids from a previous relationship
Sweet tribute: The tot's namesake is Jesse's mother Krissy (pictured above with his father Ronnie Wood) who passed away in 2005
She said at the time: 'My little boy Rex and his older brother and sister Arthur and Lola are so excited, they've all already come up with about a million names for the baby, and are really, really excited.
'So in the Wood household we're all happy, and really, really good.'
After announcing her pregnancy in February, the blonde beauty revealed she would be leaving her BBC Radio 1 show in May after 10 years with the station.
She continued: 'It's been a huge decision and I'll miss being here so, so much. But I've been here 10 years, so it's time for a new chapter.
'I'm feeling very lucky, blessed, and slightly sick still, but aside from that I'm feeling really, really brilliant and really, really happy.
'I'm going to leave here, at Radio 1, with friends that I've made for life, bursting with the best memories ever. It's been such an amazing decade.'
