Battle of the beards: Prince Harry beats David Beckham and George Clooney to be crowned world's sexiest facial fuzz (but women reckon it adds YEARS to his face)
- Prince Harry returned from Africa with facial fuzz
- He has been voted the world's sexiest beard ahead of David Beckham
- Ben Affleck and Ryan Gosling also made the top ten
Prince Harry returned from his three-month wildlife conservation trip to Africa bearing a handsome souvenir in the form of some rather dashing facial fuzz.
The beard had its debut at a Battle of Britain flypast at Goodwood Aerodrome and provoked a storm of approval.
The world - it seems - is very much in lust; Prince Harry's beard has been voted the sexiest in the world.

Prince Harry returned from his three-month wildlife conservation trip to Africa bearing some dashing facial fuzz - and it seems the royal's beard is a hit with his fans after he was voted world's sexiest beard
The 31-year-old prince took over the crown from second placed David Beckham, who has previously been voted best beard wearer.
In third place was George Clooney and fourth was Ben Affleck. But while the prince’s closely cropped ginger beard has been a big hit with fans, they reckon it has aged the royal by three years.
They said he looked like a 34-year-old with his new growth. Those polled were asked to gauge how old each star looked with a beard.
Beckham’s beard aged him by two years - so he looks 42 with a beard compared to his real age of 40. The results revealed that all the stars in the top ten looked older with a beard.

The fifth most popular celebrity beard wearer was Ryan Gosling and Hugh Jackman was sixth.
Stella McCartney’s designer husband Alasdhair Willis was seventh - the third highest Brit on the list.
Eighth place went to Brad Pitt, Jake Gyllenhaal was ninth and Fifty Shades of Grey hunk Jamie Dornan was tenth.
Men and women were split over whether the stars looked better with their facial hair.
The majority of men (62 per cent) reckon that the stars were more attractive with beards, but fewer women were fans of the facial fuzz, with just 38 per cent preferring beards and 62 per cent saying they prefer their men to be clean-shaven.

Almost half of men (45 per cent) are unable to grow a full beard like Prince Harry and growing numbers of men are augmenting their facial hair with either beard or sideburn transplants.
Three years ago, bookings jumped by 25 per cent due to the popularity of Olympic cycling hero Bradley Wiggins, famous for his mutton chop sideburns.
A spokesperson for Crown Clinic, who carried out the research, said: 'Prince Harry is a trendsetter for lots of men around the world and the reaction to his beard has been universally positive.
'While he looks great with his ginger fuzz, the sad fact is almost half the men in the UK cannot grow a full beard like Harry.'
However, despite the results, according to an academic, the world has reached peak beard - and the clean-shaven look is about to make a return.
Historian Dr Alun Withey, who is launching a three-year study into the history of beards, says the backlash against the hirsute look is overdue.
'People have been predicting the fall of them since 2014 and that Peak Beard has been reached, Dr Withey, an expert in medical history from the University of Exeter, told The Times.
Dr Withey said the lumberjack look is now facing a backlash, thanks in part to the rise of a new social tribe - the 'yuccie', or 'Young Urban Creative', who are like their hipster cousins only with more money and a preference for a smooth face.
