Melanie Griffith appeared to have an injury on her nose when she was running errands in West Hollywood on Tuesday.

The 58-year-old star had a large red blotch on her nostril just under her black cat-eye sunglasses.

The Working Girl star was also showing off a fit figure in a black outfit that included a T-shirt, leggings and ballet flats.

Melanie's rep did not return calls to DailyMail.com about what could have caused the red mark.

The blonde beauty - who was spotted picking up pillows at Between The Sheets - was also wearing a shirt short enough to reveal that her Antonio Banderas love tattoo on her right arms was disappearing.

The mother of Dakota Johnson either had the ink lasered away (she has been seen in the past at a tattoo removal salon in LA) or she perhaps just covered the stamp with makeup.

The star's divorce from husband of 18-years Banderas was only finalised this July

Working out? The Working Girl star kept it simple in cropped black leggings and a black scoop neck t-shirt, which flaunted her toned shape

Solo outing: The beauty was not with her daughters Stella and Dakota during her afternoon outing

Sporty: The 58-year-old actress showed off her trim figure in gym gear as she shopped for her new home

Her tattoo also appeared to be faded when she dined at Craig's Restaurant on September 4.

And there were no noticeable signs of it at all in her short sleeved t-shirt this week.

With so many life-changes - she has also moved homes - it is no wonder that her recent little vacation to the mountains of Aspen gave the star time to feel reflective.

She posted a number of throw-back images including one of her with her Mask of Zorro actor ex.

The couple are parents to Stella Banderas, 19, and Melanie also has a 30-year-old son Alexander from her first marriage to Steven Bauer and is mum to 50 Shades star Dakota Johnson, 25, with second husband Don Johnson.

One week ago she shared a snap, which she captioned: 'Antonio and I back in the day....Shrek screening 2007 #goodtimes #stella'spapi.'

Antonio and Melanie fell in love while shooting the 1995 romantic comedy Too Much, and the actor has recently been seen out and about making PDAs with new girlfriend, Nicole Kimpel, 34.

She clearly still has a great relationship with Don Johnson - whom she married and divorced twice during their romance.

The star also posted a picture with the Nash Bridges actor, captioned: '@donjohnson me Goldie Hawn circa 1990.'
