Bethenny Frankel shows off her Skinnygirl figure in a tight pencil skirt as she appears on CEO panel in NYC

Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel dressed to show that she means business when she took to the stage on a CEO panel on Wednesday.

The 44-year-old spoke at the CEO Connectors Presented by AT&T AdWorks during Advertising Week 2015 in New York City.

Dressed in a tight-fitting ensemble, the businesswoman and reality star showed off her very slender physique.

Frankel wore a knee-length black pencil skirt which showed off her toned legs, and paired it with a cream sleeveless top.

The brunette cocktail creator left her honey brown locks flow down just to her shoulders and swept her bangs to the side.

She added black heels and accessorized with a few bangle bracelets and diamond earrings.

Bethenny finished off her style with a smoky matte eye and a pop of color in a pink glossy lip.

And while her career as the Skinnygirl CEO seems solid, her future on The Real Housewives Of New York City may not be so.

Frankel talked to People on Tuesday while taking part in the Skinnygirl Cocktails & Cycling event in New York City, admitting that she doesn't know if her future plans include another stint on the hit Bravo show.

'I'm weighing a bunch of different opportunities and deciding how I want to spend my time,' the mother-of-one explained.

'I never want to go back to that place I was at a couple years ago where it was just non-stop. I felt like I was on a ride and I wanted to get off.'
