The New Girl actress, 33, was dressed down in black skinny distressed jeans, a tight tank top and comfy white sneakers.

This week, Biel released a series of candid Funny or Die sex ed videos to help break 'taboo' topics around birth control and women's health.

The actress teamed up with her friend Saundra Pelletier, CEO of reproductive health group WomenCare Global, to create the goofy clips for the comedy website.

In the videos, Biel hangs out with comedian Whitney Cummings and former Parenthood actress Joy Bryant as they riff on condom size, IUDs and birth control.

The actress hopes the funny sex education videos will help take women's health topics 'out of the shadows', she told Good Morning America.

'We don't want women's reproductive health issues to be hidden under stigma or taboos anymore' she explained.

'Can we please laugh about this crazy stuff that happens to us?'

Biel decided to create the project after she realized she knew 'nothing' about her body once she went off birth control to try to get pregnant.

She found herself wondering: 'Now what happens? I've been on the Pill for so long; how hard will it be to get pregnant?, she toldGlamour.

'Suddenly I realized I really didn't know what's going on inside my own body. It was shocking.'

In one of the funny videos, Biel also discusses having an IUD without hormones put in, reassuring her pals that it doesn't make her more likely to be struck by lightning.
