Jessa Duggar is 'cherishing every moment' of pregnancy she counts down her last month of before birth

Her first child with husband Ben Seewald is due on the couple's first wedding anniversary - November 1 - just a month away.

And mom-to-be Jessa Seewald (née Duggar) has been enjoying every minute of preparation for the little girl or boy - which the duo have chosen to keep mum on - as she nears the big day.

'She's cherishing every moment,' a source close to the 22-year-old has shared with People, adding that the experience 'has been joyous for Jessa.'

The pair posted a survey on their website, suggesting they could even be having twins, though in a recent Instagram video shared by Jessa she simply referred to her little one in the singular.

'So weird and yet amazing to see my baby move like this! Finally managed to capture one of those super active moments! Lol!' she wrote.

The expectant mother had taken to her social media accounts to document her active, wriggly little baby.

She continued: 'I know, I'm a bit obsessed... but this Mama is absolutely fascinated! Here's what the #BabyBump looks like from my perspective. #BabySeewald.'

And she'll soon be sharing more of her perspective on all things 'Baby Seewald' as she heads back to TLC with a special documenting her and Ben as they prepare for the baby's arrival.

She and her sister Jill Dillard have been invited to share their post-19 Kids and Counting lives with viewers, with 'two or more' specials, with the first set to air by the end of the year.

Jill, who recently became a midwife, will appear in another one of the specials alongside husband Derick Dillard and their five-month-old son Israel, and it will depict their move to Central America as part of a Christian mission.

The 24-year-old took to her Instagram to share her excitement over the news, writing: 'We are looking forward to reconnecting with everyone with the new specials on TLC—many have asked about our mission work and about the challenges of taking our family to a different country, culture and learning a new language. We appreciate your prayers.'

Meanwhile, another source recently revealed to People that despite the difficulty of this past summer, with brother Josh's molestation and cheating scandals, Jessa is 'holding her head high' and doing well.

'Some people may have thought Jessa was wounded by the negative headlines, so it's exciting to be able to show people that she is happier than ever and holding her head high,' the source shared.

The reality star married 19-year-old Ben on November, 1 2014 - which was documented on a special episode of the family's TLC series 19 Kids and Counting.

'Jessa is truly feeling so happy, healthy and centered,' the source continued: 'This is really one of the best times of her life. Her love for Ben is really something to see. They adore each other, and it's clear that they're soul mates. He treats her like a true queen.'

'If there is any silver lining to the scandals, it's that it only reinforced the strength Jessa has in her marriage, her family and, most of all, her faith,' the source said of the mom-to-be.
