It's the never-ending saga that threatens to tear apart the cast of Real Housewives Of Orange County.

But it seems that Brooks Ayers may be finally ready to reveal the full story about his cancer diagnosis that has had many of his RHOC co-stars accusing him of faking the illness.

Radar has revealed that the ex-boyfriend of Vicki Gunvalson has filmed a bombshell interview with Bravo's Andy Cohen which is set to air during the show's reunion episodes next month - but has not revealed to his former lover what was said.

Bombshell: Vicki Gunvalson's ex Brooks Ayers has reportedly filmed a tell-all interview with Bravo's Andy Cohen about his cancer diagnosis

Brooks reportedly flew to New York on the TV network's dime earlier this month and stayed in a five-star hotel, a source told the website.

They said 'Andy interviewed Brooks about his cancer diagnosis and all of the questions surrounding it.'

The insider added that Brooks didn't want to have to deal with the women of the show - especially Meghan King Edmonds, who has always suspected he was lying - so decided to film separately.

However, Vicki, 53, reportedly isn't happy about the interview and is panicking about what Brooks has told the Bravo host.

'Vicki was completely blindsided by Brooks’ decision to do the interview with Andy,

'She has no idea what was said, or if he threw her under the bus!'

Bravo reportedly paid for Brooks to fly to New York and put him in a fancy hotel to film the feature where host Andy asks him questions about his non-Hodgkins lymphoma diagnosis

Secretive: Sources suggest Brooks has not told his ex Vicki what he told the Bravo host and she has been left worried he will 'throw her under the bus' when it's aired during the reunion show next month

The news comes as Brooks was spotted partying into the early hours in Ft. Lauderdale. Florida on Saturday night.

A source who was at Cyn Nightclub told Us Weekly that the TV star was drinking with some guy friends and said 'He honestly looked great and in great shape,'

They added that he appeared to be 'living it up' with about five pals.

In Monday night's episode Brooks and Vicki presented their friend Tamra Judge with the results of a PET test that the businessman took to prove once and for all that he was not faking his non-Hodgkins lymphoma diagnosis.

Feeling better? The news comes as Brooks was spotted drinking and partying into the early hours of Sunday morning during a guys' night out in Florida

'I don't know what I'm reading': On Monday night's episode Brooks appeared to have finally shown proof he has cancer but left Tamra Judge more confused as she looked at the results

Medical terms: The PET scan showed masses in the reality star's abdomen and Vicki and Brooks hoped it would finally put rumours to rest

But Tamra was left confused at the medical notes which described masses in his abdomen but didn't appear to confirm blood cancer - which is what she was told he has.

She told cameras: 'I thought the type of cancer Brooks has was blood cancer. I wasn't aware you could get masses with blood cancer. I don't know if you can or you can't but all of it is really confusing to me'

Furthermore the document raised more questions for Meghan, 31, who revealed she called the clinic Brooks apparently did the test with and was told they don't do PET tests there.

The blonde beauty fumed: 'It doesn't add up. It's f***ed up. Because real people are dealing with real f***ing pain and real issues.'

Wanting support: Vicki pleaded with her friend to back them up and tell the other women about the test results

Trying to move on: Brooks said he was showing the medical records so that the other women would give Vicki a break after months of speculation and squabbling

Vicki and Brooks split last month and the mother-of-two said in a statement at the time: 'After much prayer, thought, counseling, and consideration, we have decided to end our four year relationship,' he couple told Us Weekly at the time

'We both wish nothing but a great future for each other. We have come to realize that one can indeed love someone in their heart, but that the time may come for their lives to take separate paths.

'Though the remaining episodes of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County will show us as a couple, the filming took place in January 2015 through May 2015. There will be no further statements or interviews regarding our relationship as we choose to move on with our lives.'
