He is one of the world’s most famous footballers, with numerous lucrative and high-profile contracts to his name.

And for his latest campaign David Beckham has called on actor and comedian Kevin Hart to help promote his latest designs for high street store H&M.

The 40-year-old sportsman - who is married to fashion designer Victoria Beckham - took to his Instagram page on Wednesday to share a preview of their hilarious new commercial.

The footage sees a shirtless David stripped down to a pair of black boxers as he confidently puts his ripped abs and muscular biceps on full display.

With Bill Withers’ hit tune Just The Two Of Us playing in the background, the two stars are seen goofing around while Hart tries to take on the role of the footballer.

Speaking about teaming up with the American actor, David said: 'Kevin Hart is one of the funniest, smartest guys around. I love to do the unexpected for my H&M campaigns. I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as I did making it.'

Kevin, famed for his turn in Get Hard, The Wedding Ringer and Ride Along, added: 'To be able to make fun of a global icon like David Beckham is a comedian’s dream.

'I love fashion as much as I love sports, which is why I was so excited to star in David’s new H&M campaign.'

As well H&M, the popular father-of-four has also fronted campaigns for Adidas, Armani, Belstaff and Breitling.

David, who has children Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, Cruz, 10, and four-year-old Harper with wife Victoria, retired from professional football in May 2013.
