FEMAIL wanted to find out if the weird and wonderful trends to emerge from the style event can really work in real life - on a real woman - or whether they're better left on the catwalk. We picked the best and worst looks from the catwalks across London, Paris and New York and sent our writer, Phoebe Jackson-Edwards, onto the streets of Kensington, London, to find out whether she could pull them off. The incident happened at a point where the road narrows and signs and markings tell traffic to give way to vehicles coming from the young man's direction. The tattooed teenager (top right), wearing shorts and t-shirt, then left his Volkswagen Lupo to argue with the bud driver at his window. This went on for an hour before police finally arrived and intervened.

Art critic Jonathan Jones blasts spectacular viral wedding photograph in essay

It's the accidental photograph hailed as 'dazzling', 'stunning' and 'spectacular' by the press and shared online by thousands of people around the world. But Sydney photographer Sam Yeldham's picture (main) of a betrothed couple holding hands in front an approaching storm wasn't good enough for one art critic. The Guardian's resident art connoisseur Jonathan Jones (inset) launched a scathing attack on the picture and the online response to it on Friday. 'This photograph is silly, not beautiful,' wrote Mr Jones. 'The framing of the newlyweds against a brooding thundery seascape is absurdly trite.'
