The good-looking couple stepped out in West Hollywood looking super sporty, showing off their toned physiques in matching work-out gear.

Argentinian Luciana - who Matt describes as his 'soul mate' - is also mother to 16-year-old Alexia, from her first marriage.

The friends are set to team up again on another project, producing an HBO movie about the global water crisis.
The project - called Thirst - is in development according to Deadline and will be written by Charles Leavitt (Blood Diamond) and directed by Elliott Lester (Blitz).
