So she DID buy it! $25million estate that Taylor Swift denied purchasing 'is registered in her company's name'

Taylor Swift took to Twitter earlier this week to deny reports she has splashed out $25million in cash on a Beverly Hills estate.

But according to TMZ, the paper trail of the property’s purchase shows that the 25-year-old really is the new owner.

The website reports that that the Samuel Goldwyn estate’s title has now been transferred from the seller to a Nashville-based business.

TMZ claims that the company’s address leads to the address of Taylor’s Nashville home.

The singer had tweeted on Tuesday: ‘What the press says I'm doing: Buying a Bev Hills mansion, getting married in an English castle. What I'm doing: Playing a show in St. Louis.’

It was first reported by Variety that Taylor had plunked down millions in cash for the mansion, which sits on almost two acres in the celebrity enclave.

The sprawling property includes an 11,000 sq. ft. main house with six bedrooms and five or more bathrooms.

It also boasts a swimming pool and pool house, tennis court and two-room guest apartment.

In her tweet, Taylor was also acknowledging the rumour that she and boyfriend Calvin Harris are planning a wedding.

OK! Magazine claimed last week that the 31-year-old Scottish DJ has been shopping for engagement tings at XIV Karats in Beverly Hills.

'He said he wanted something "very special" for Taylor,' said a source for the weekly.

'He was asking about the best cuts and eyed a ring that was $1.4million! He was clearly eager to get the perfect rock, no matter the cost.'

Taylor also mentioned a castle in her social media posting, which is no doubt a reference to the reports last month that she is interested in snapping up the Tower of Lethendy in Scotland.

It was claimed that the Shake It Off singer is understood to have her heart set on the £4.6million Scottish tower, located 14 miles north of Perth, so she can have a base close to Calvin’s family.

Taylor is currently in the middle of her 1989 World Tour and will be performing in Toronto, Canada on Friday and Saturday before returning to the US.
