Jennifer Lawrence says if Donald Trump becomes president 'it will be the end of the world'
The dystopian world of the Hunger Games may not be all that far off, according to Jennifer Lawrence.
The star has spoken out against presidential hopeful Donald Trump in a new interview, mirroring the sensibilities of her most famous character Katniss Everdeen.
The 25-year-old told Entertainment Weekly, 'If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world.'

The actress along with her Hunger Games comrades Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson sat down to talk about the release of Mockingjay - Part 2.
But the conversation soon steered toward the real life political landscape of the Unites States today.
The subject of course soon fell to Trump, who over the summer announced his bid for the Republican candidacy in 2016.

The real estate mogul and reality star has stirred up controversy all of the United States with his no-holds barred communication style and stance on issues ranging from foreign policy, immigration, and social issues.
In the Hunger Games Liam, Jennifer, and Josh fight President Snow, ruler of a corrupt totalitarian regime in an alternate dystopian future .
And their conversation about Trump showed that the trio are dedicated to remaining active politically outside of their onscreen roles.

The actress is seen drawing her famous bow back with an arrow notched in place whilst her mockingjay symbol, covered in fire, serves as the background.
The film is set for release in the US on November 20.
