Bianca Gascoigne comes dangerously close to a wardrobe malfunction as she spills out of her plunging jacket at the National Reality TV Awards

She upped the glamour by donning a sophisticated trouser suit to attend the National Reality TV Awards.

But Bianca Gascoigne's attempt to smarten up almost backfired since she narrowly avoided spilling out of her jacket at the event, held at Porchester Hall in London on Wednesday night.

The 28-year-old model went braless under her tailored suit, offering onlookers more than they bargained for when she turned to the side.

Bianca attempted to conceal her modesty by pulling the lapels of her low-cut blazer over her ample assets.

The blonde bombshell, who is the step-daughter of former footballer Paul Gascoigne, was smiling to herself as she trotted along in her pale pink stilettos.

Her ensemble was completed by a pair of black trousers and a quilted Chanel handbag, wearing her platinum blonde locks styled in voluminous curls.

The former reality star, who found fame when she won Love Island in 2006, sported a full face of make-up, including false eyelashes and heavy bronzer.

Bianca was joined a host of reality stars at the awards, including Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson and Kerry Katona.

Gazza's girl reinvented herself as the manageress of a London stripclub, Gaslight Of St James, earlier this year.

Speaking to The Sun about her job, she declared: 'It is a fantastic opportunity. This is a career for me.'

The paper reported that her duties include being in charge of the dancers at the club, where clients pay £20 entry to the backstreet venue in the West End - and managing a team of 20 staff.

Troubled Gazza adopted Bianca before marrying her mother Sheryl in 1996, but they divorced two years later.
