Graceland premiered as one of the top cable dramas of its season, averaging 4.3 million viewers in its first season. That dropped to 1.5 million viewers for the third season, according to Nielsen’s 'live-plus 3' estimates cited by Variety.

A source close to Graceland told the showbiz bible that although USA was pleased with the show creatively, the ratings just didn’t warrant a renewal.

A petition has already been launched by fans anxious to save the drama, which wrapped its 13-episode third season on September 17.
