They dated for three years between 2005-2008.

And actress Emily Blunt revisited her relationship with singer Michael Buble on Wednesday when she sat down with Howard Stern for his SiriusXM radio show.

The 32-year-old Sicario star - who is now married to John Krasinski - found it difficult to talk about her ex-boyfriend when the host asked about his alleged cheating, saying: 'I don't know. It's complicated.'

'I never want to talk about it. I can’t do it' she added.

She did however say they 'had a great time' together and the actress still has fond memories of the Grammy Award winner's family.

'I loved his family... I love his family. I still do,' Blunt said after the host recalled how the 40-year-old singer brought her back to Canada to meet his mother, Amber.

Moved on: The actress is now married to The Office star John Krasinski

Blunt married The Office star John Krasinski in 2010 and they share 19-month-old daughter Hazel together.

And Buble is now married to Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato and they have a two-year-old son together, Noah and are currently expecting their second child.

Blunt opted for a casual outfit for the appearance, consisting of a boxy Sachin & Babi T-shirt with asymmetric mesh panel and skinny blue jeans.

Completing the look were some stylish black ankle boots and a black handbag.

Blunt, who played bitchy co-assistant Emily in 2006 hit The Devil Wears Prada, revealed that she took a phrase she once heard a real life snappy mother say to her child as inspiration for the movie.

The actress said that fans still quote the line 'I'm hearing this and I wanna hear this' (along with the appropriate hand signals) to her nine years after the movie hit the box office.

Blunt said 'I guess I steal from people I meet. Like, I saw a mother speaking to her child in a supermarket when we were shooting that film. And it's a line that gets quoted back to me now. She yelled at her kid and she kind of opened and closed her hand and she goes, 'Yeah, I’m hearing this, and I want to hear this.'

'I went and put it in the movie, when Anne Hathaway is kind of talking to me, and I just told her that [to make her shut up].
