She looked happy and carefree as she posed with the young boys at a water park wearing an oversize black tank top and aviators.

Her photo, which was posted on Monday, has already earned more than 2,000 likes on Instagram.

Bristol first revealed her pregnancy in June - just one month after calling off her engagement with 27-year-old Afghanistan war veteran Dakota Meyer.

The reality star, who has not confirmed that Dakota is the child's father, announced they were splitting just five days before the couple was set to walk down the aisle on May 23.

Then, just weeks later, Bristol took to her personal blog to share the news of her pregnancy.

'I wanted you guys to be the first to know that I am pregnant,' she wrote.

She added: 'I know this has been, and will be, a huge disappointment to my family, to my close friends, and to many of you.

'Life moves on no matter what. So no matter how you feel, you get up, get dressed, show up, and never give up. When life gets tough, there is no other option but to get tougher.'

Three days later, Bristol denied rumors that her second pregnancy was an accident.

She wrote in a subsequent blog post: 'This pregnancy was actually planned. Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family.

'Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn’t go as planned, but life keeps going. Life moves on.'

Bristol's news was surprising, especially because the reality star had been a vocal advocate of abstinence for the Candie's Foundation, which aims to prevent teen pregnancy.

She became pregnant with Tripp at age 17 when her mother was campaigning as John McCain's running mate.

She and Levi welcomed their baby in 2008, broke up in 2009 and briefly got back together before splitting for good in 2010.

Bristol previously told Good Morning America that she was committed to abstinence, saying: 'I’m not going to have sex until I’m married. I can guarantee it.'

Dakota was the author's first serious relationship since Levi, but it fell apart shortly after it was revealed that the former US Marine had been previously married to Cassandra Wain in 2008.

Still, Bristol said this was not the cause of their break-up, telling media outlets: 'Dakota and I discussed our past relationships prior to our engagement.'

She revealed how far along she was for the first time in August, sharing photos of her burgeoning belly at five months.

Since then, Bristol has posted Instagram snaps of her growing stomach on social media as she anticipates the arrival of her second child.
