'The beauty I saw and tried to convey through my work was both the physical beauty and emotional beauty of the individuals during their private experience,' Lawver told Slate . Julieta Yang, 45, is suing Uber executive Cameron Poetzscher and his wife, Airbnb head of global operations Varsha Rao, alleging that she was the victim of sexual advances and innuendos when looking after their two children. These shocking photos show Anthony Adan Escobedo, 33 (inset), trying to run down his pregnant ex-girlfriend Jessica Alvarado, 31, on a highway in Houston, Texas. Police said Escobedo, who was on bail for drugs charges, stole the car, which Alvarado had borrowed from her current boyfriend. She tracked it down to a Shell petrol station and tried to prevent Escobedo from driving away. Alvarado, who is 31 weeks pregnant with Escobedo's child, pleaded with him to stop the car but he drove off while she was clinging to the front windshield wipers. Police arrested him several hours later and charged him with abuse of a family member. Alvarado suffered cuts and bruises but her unborn child was unharmed.

As California Republican Rep. Kevin McCarthy withdrew from the House speaker election on Thursday, the Internet's built-in rumor mill went berserk over long-simmering claims that he had carried on a lengthy extramarital affair with a North Carolina congresswoman. While no proof has surfaced to back up the innuendo, conservative bloggers published hints at what has been a persistent Capitol Hill rumor since late 2011, that he had been romantically involved with Republican Rep. Renee Ellmers, pictured together right and McCarthy with his wife left. Both politicians are married. McCarthy's spokesman did not respond to requests for comment. But Ellmers, through her spokeswoman Blair Ellis, issued a stern denial. 'The allegations in question are unequivocally and indisputably false,' Ellis told DailyMail.com.

New York Comic Con opened its doors on Thursday to the requisite flood of costumed comic, sci-fi and fantasy lovers. Just in time for Halloween, attendees dressed as zombies, super heroes, super villains and more showed up to Manhattan's Javitz Center for four days devoted to all things geek. One favorite costume at this year's convention was the zombie, with at least one Zombie Alice in Wonderland in the mix. Perennial costumes inspired by Batman and other beloved comics were also there in full effect.

Jeremy Green, 40, of San Diego pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the shotgun slaying of wife Tressa Green, 37, in June. The couple had just finished a counseling session when Green got a shotgun from the trunk and shot her - then fired twice more. Following Tressa's murder, Green fled to Mexico. Authorities subsequently tracked Green to Cancun, where they negotiated his surrender. Green now faces 35 years to life in prison.

The incredibly cute clip shows the little porker diving around inside a blue paddling pool and getting wet while having the time of its life.
