First-time father Joseph Gordon-Levitt says having a son is 'wonderful and it makes me really happy'
Joseph Gordon-Levitt revealed how happy he's become since becoming a first-time father to his two-month-old newborn son.
'It's wonderful and it makes me really happy,' the 34-year-old Emmy winner told Entertainment Tonight. 'I am just so happy.'
But the former child star is still not sure if being a dad will change the type of projects he works on.

The two-time Golden Globe nominee and his wife - Fellow Robots co-founder Tasha McCauley - will celebrate their first anniversary in December.
'I'm reluctant to talk about being married because I'm married to a woman who doesn't like strangers being privy to her life and relationships,' Gordon-Levitt apologised to Playboy last month.

'You know, we kept our wedding a secret. It wasn't that difficult because we didn't tell many people about it. As much as some people may disagree, I don't believe a person's private life — even a person in entertainment — is a public performance.'
And while the Todrick guest star is famously guarded about some topics, he has no issue talking about smoking marijuana with his Snowden director.
'I smoked with Oliver Stone a few times, which was awesome,' Joseph freely admitted.

Joseph freely admitted: 'With Oliver it was really nice because most of the time we were in this kind of high-stakes situation of working, and when we were smoking, we just smoked and watched a couple of movies'

The Sin City hunk continued: 'When I smoke weed I'm more liable to make connections I wouldn't otherwise make. Sometimes those connections are ludicrous [laughs], but sometimes they're great. You're like, Oh s***, I might not have thought of that, and it actually makes sense in the morning.'
Gordon-Levitt is already getting rave reviews as high-wire artist Philippe Petit in Robert Zemeckis's The Walk - hitting US/UK theaters Friday - alongside Ben Kingsley and Charlotte Le Bon.
