It's been a busy two months for Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux since they tied the knot.

While Theroux has been in Austin, Texas, shooting his HBO series The Leftovers, the former Friends star had filming duties in Atlanta for Mothers Day with Julia Roberts and Kate Hudson.

But it seems Jen, who was spotted out with a pal in New York on Thursday, and Justin are the kind of couple where absence makes the heart grown fonder - because according to insiders the pair are more besotted with each other than ever.

There it is: Jennifer Aniston flashed her gold wedding band as she strolled in New York City on Thursday

On Thursday a source told People magazine that the Vogue cover girl and Justin are still in their 'honeymoon phase,' adding: 'Jen and Justin are very happy.'

Over the weekend the couple made their first red carpet appearance as a married couple when Jen visited Justin in Austin for the premiere of The Leftovers.

Speaking to reporters at the event, Theroux admitted being apart from Jennifer is 'horrible.'

The 44-year-old actor shared: 'It's horrible being apart from your spouse. She's been here a bunch of times and visited, I sneak back when I can go see her - we make it work.

The beauty was also wearing black open-toe heels while decked out with some simple jewelery including gold earrings. She appears to be wearing a new gold band, but it can't be certain if it's the same one she wore on Thursday.

Justin appeared trendy in a black suit with a white blouse and skinny black tie.
