Bobbi Kristina's estate file court papers claiming Nick Gordon injected her with a 'toxic mixture of drugs' and put her face-down in the tub

  • Documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia, claim Gordon had a 'violent altercation' with Brown before injecting her with drugs
  • He then allegedly put her in the bathtub of her Atlanta home
  • Attorneys for Gordon say the estate is trying to publicly vilify him and that the claims are baseless
  • Widespread reports say Gordon's arrest on murder charges is imminent
  • The cause of Brown's death was determined but not made public
  • Gordon denied all the allegations against him after a lawsuit was filed

Nick Gordon injected Bobbi Kristina Brown with a toxic mixture of drugs before her death, court documents filed in Georgia by attorneys representing Brown's estate claim.

Amid rumors that Gordon's arrest on murder charges is imminent, the documents - filed in Fulton County - claim that Gordon had a 'violent altercation' with Brown, 'after which he placed her in the bathtub unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture'.

WSB-TV reported the documents also state Brown died 'after a particularly violent altercation with the Defendant which left her battered and bruised, with a tooth knocked out'.

The documents also say Gordon posed in front of Brown's grave for photos for a magazine, which paid him $40,000 to do so.

Gordon is also accused of trying to cover up the altercation by changing clothes after the fight in the bathroom.

However, according to TMZ, Gordon's lawyers have shot down allegations and say Brown's estate have no proof for their claims.

They pointed to the fact that the results of Brown's autopsy have been sealed to both sides and that neither have seen them.

Gordon's lawyers claim Brown's estate are trying to muddy his name.

The claims come after the estate hit Gordon with a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit.

There were reports earlier this week suggesting that a secret grand jury is due to be convened by a district attorney judge in Georgia with the intent of charging Gordon with the death of Whitney Houston's daughter.

Brown died on July 26 at the Peachtree Christian Hospice, Duluth, after she was found unconscious in the bathtub at her Atlanta home on January 31.

She was put in a medically-induced coma before she passed away six months later.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office told US Weekly that the cause of Brown's death had been officially determined, but the findings were ordered to remain private by a judge.

The magazine reported that the judge does not know what the charges will be yet, but they want to go for murder charges.

It also claims that Gordon will be charged with criminal charges 'very soon' and the judge is consulting with legal experts to see if murder charges would stick.

Last month Gordon's conservator Bedelia Hargrove filed a $40million lawsuit against him.

The complaint alleges that Gordon fed Bobbi Kristina Brown a 'toxic cocktail' then placed her face-down in a tub of cold water on the last night she was seen conscious - which he denies.

According to Hargrove, police interviews with friend Max Lomas, who was at the townhome on the day of the January 31 incident, revealed that Gordon had been 'out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge.'

Gordon admitted that he went out on the night in question, and 'reviewed video footage and then had an argument with Ms. Brown and then changed his clothes'.

However, he denies all the allegations against him, including further accusations of assault, battery, causing emotional distress and stealing Miss Brown's money.

A civil suit was filed in June and the attorney for the 22-year-old's estate amended the complaint to include an accusation of 'wrongful death'.

'We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown,' Hargrove said in a statement as she announced the amendments to the lawsuit.

After an interview with Dr. Phil in April, Gordon checked himself into rehab and has since been residing in Florida.

In a statement following Miss Brown's death, Gordon's mother Michelle, said: 'The passing of Bobbi Kristina is devastating to Nick and our family.

'Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they've been apart. Nick and our family are in mourning, and we ask that you respect our privacy.

'Our thoughts and prayers are with both the Houstons and the Browns during this difficult time.'
