She was fat shamed on the internet when photos of her in a skimpy bikini surfaced back in May.

And now Selena Gomez is giving internet trolls something else to talk about.

The 23-year-old singer showed off her fantastic figure as she performed in a black bra while on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday.

She's been making waves in the fashion stakes lately, and Selena Gomez doesn't show any signs of slowing down in her style crusade. She's been wearing a series of designer must have's throughout her promo tour for her new album and Elie Saab is one designer the pop star has been favoring a lot recently.

After wowing in one of the brand's Resort 2016 white maxi dresses, Selena obviously got a taste for both the designer and the color white, as while performing on the Ellen Degeneres show recently she wore another white ensemble from the brand - a crisp white trouser suit.

She performed her new single Same Old Love on the chat show as she showed off her toned tummy in a white blazer and flared trouser combination while moving and grooving with her dapper male dancers.

Earlier on in the episode she chatted with the 57-year-old host about the fat shaming she endured after while on a vacation back in May and called it 'degrading'.

Ellen asked about how she responded back to the critics on social media as Selena said: 'Yeah because look I don’t what them to win. It’s so annoying when I see it all over the place and everybody thinks they can bring me down.

'So my immediate response was I’m gonna post a picture and I’m like “I’m happy with me ya’ll” and that was gonna be the story the next day. I wasn’t gonna let that be the story. That wasn’t the story.'

Perhaps the most shocking moment in the episode came when she was scared not once, but twice throughout the course of the interview.

It was an elaborate plot by the chat show host as two men, one dressed as Taylor Swift and the other costumed like Elsa from Frozen, popped out at different points in the interview to get the starlet's heart racing.

During the first scare, Selena was talking about her friendship with BFF Taylor Swift as Ellen queried her what she needs to do to join the Bad Blood singer's crew.

Seemingly out of nowhere, a crewmember popped out of the table in between the singer and host while dressed in a shimmering silver body suit with a fringed white skirt and dirty blonde wig.

Selena screamed in horror as she almost crawled over her arm rest and made a run for it.

The two continued on with the conversation as they began talking about Halloween as Selena revealed she and her sister were going to be Elsa and Anna from the hit Disney film Frozen.

Another man dressed in a blue Elsa costume could be seen sneaking up behind her then lunges at her with a scream.

They did move on to actual conversation as Ellen asked her about her love life to which Selena responded: 'I’ve been dating it’s very fun. Ish.'

The former girlfriend of Justin Bieber revealed that she meets people in the business and also out of it.

Selena said that she has been on a few dates, then Ellen asked if they have gotten anywhere to which she responded: 'I mean Ish.'

Ellen said that Selena should get hooked up by her BFF Taylor, possibly with one of Calvin Harris' friends, as the brunette beauty joked that there should be some kind of dating service.

One qualification that she has in mind is that they have to understand showbiz as Selena said: It’s weird because I don’t know if I want someone who’s in the industry. Who’s not. Who kind of gets it. Who doesn’t. I don’t know. It’s weird.'

The pair also talked about the recent revelation that the singer has lupus as Selena explained that she will have the disease forever but just needs to take care of herself.
