More than half of Bill Cosby's accusers have come together to share their harrowing stories of alleged abuse at the hands of the entertainer.

In a special NBC Dateline show broadcast last night, 29 of his alleged victims shared horrific details of sexual abuse, as well as the skepticism they faced from loved ones who did not believe them when they came forward.

Moving interviews with each of the 29 women - many of them former actresses, entrepreneurs and models - have been published on NBC, each of them giving a shocking insight into Cosby's alleged crimes.

While the women come from a wide range of different backgrounds, nearly all of their claims start the same way - with Cosby offering mentorship before allegedly drugging them.

The program aired last night but interviews with each of the brave 29 women were released online today.

One of Cosby's accusers Sunni Welles says she was drugged and raped by Cosby twice in 1965, when she was aged just 17.

'I had a Coke. Within the first 20-25 minutes I don't remember anything after that. I woke up naked and alone. No note, no nothing. And i just had no idea what was going on,' she said.

'I called a cab and went back to my mom's apartment. I called her up at the office after I took a shower and I said: "I think that Bill Cosby raped me, mom."

'And she said: "oh my God no. No. Are you kidding? No."

'He's one of the people who I trusted and who betrayed me in my life.'

Cindra Ladd said she was working as a producer in New York City in 1969 when she claims to have been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.

She said Cosby asked her to meet at an apartment and told her it was owned by a friend of his.

Ms Ladd explained: 'I had a headache and he told me, "oh I've got such a miracle cure for you. My doctor gave it to me".

'He went into another room and he bought back a capsule. He wouldn't tell me what was in it and he was like, "don't you trust me?" Well of course I did, it was Bill Cosby.

'I don't really remember too much more that evening but I do remember waking up the next morning nude in bed. And I blamed myself. I thought, "What did I do? Did I drink too much and black out?"'

In last night's show the women also discussed Cosby's consistent denials of sexual assault and rape as well as their own battles to come to term with the alleged abuse.

Beverly Johnson, a model and actress, told NBC News National Correspondent Kate Snow during that by coming together, the women were 'moving the needle'. Only by having an open conversation of their alleged abuse together, could they begin to make a difference, she added.

'This body of women are moving the needle. Not much. But we're still moving it. And that's the power we all feel,' she added.

The 62-year-old is one of Cosby's alleged victims who claims she was drugged by the star during an audition for a small part on The Cosby Show at his home in the mid-1980s.

Johnson said she had taken just two sips of the espresso he made for her when she realized she had been drugged. But when she claims he attempted to make a move on her, putting his arm round her waist, she fought him off so vehemently he put her in a cab.

Snow also sat down separately with a small group of women known as 'Jane Does', who came forward in 2005 and agreed to tell their stories of being sexually assaulted by Cosby under oath anonymously, although they did not get the chance.

More than 40 women have come forward in the past year alleging Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted them in incidents dating back decades.

The claims span experiences from the 1960s all the way to 2008 when the embattled film star is alleged to have spiked a model's drink during a party at the Playboy mansion. He cannot be charged with most of the alleged offences because too much time has passed since the incidents.

Eden Tirl, who says she was sexually harassed on The Cosby Show set in 1989, added: 'It's insane that people actually think that any of us would've got – come together to bring down some celebrity whose celebrity has already started to fade long before we came forward.

'We came forward to say we're using our voices to say this isn't ok.'

The former model landed a small role on the show playing a police officer, and was invited to Cosby's dressing room - who then locked the door behind her.

The situation felt dangerous to her, Tirl said, and she told Cosby matter-of-factly, 'Bill, you are Jell-O pudding pops and Fat Albert to me... you are my childhood.' To which the comic Cosby allegedly replied: 'Don't say that, they all say that!'

The comedian then allegedly whispered in her ear that they were going to make love and hugged her.

Tirl said she knew what happened to her was sexual harassment, but it took three dozen other women to come forward before she got the courage to speak out.

Entrepreneur Linda Kirkpatrick said she was assaulted after Cosby invited her to see his show following a Las Vegas tennis tournament against him in 1981 when she was 25.

Escorted to his dressing room, she claims he gave her a drink and the rest of the night was a blur, but Kirkpatrick, 58, says she remembers him on top of her trying to kiss her. He apologized for his behaviour the next day, only to try to force himself on her again.

'Us all coming together here is gonna make a difference for so many people to keep the conversation going,' she said on the show.

Another former model, Lise-Lotte Lublin, said the group was the 'safest, and most accepted' she could talk to.

'There's nothing greater than that, and more healing, than to just walk up to them and be accepted immediately. And for me, it's powerful and it's beautiful, and I'm so glad that I have it.'

Now 48, she was invited to his Las Vegas suite in 1989 was for what she believed was an audition. After a couple of drinks, she said her last memory was of sitting on a table with Cosby straddling her.

Lublin says she only discovered she had been raped after she had gynecological tests carried out 25 years later.

Cosby has always denied all wrongdoing and has never been charged with any crime.
