The not-so-demure star wore a cleavage bearing black dress to launch the night and she pulled her weight by appearing in nearly every comic ‘bit’ afterwards.

Talking about Cooper, 40, Schumer said: 'He's the kind of hot... trust me when he is in front of you... you just grab your ankles.'

'You would just say things you didn't mean,' she continued in her raunchy monologue, 'Like "any holes fine".'

Schumer went on to recall bumping into the Hangover star at an industry event, where she was flattered by his desire to chat with her.

'I don't know how Hollywood works,' she continued humorously, 'but I'm pretty sure I'm dating Bradley Cooper!'

'And I changed my Facebook status from "it's complicated" to "I'm engaged to Bradley Cooper"!'

During her monologue she also talked about meeting Hillary Clinton. The Inside Amy Schumer star could not help but ask the 67th Secretary Of State: 'Do you drink?'

According to Schumer the 67-year-old replied: 'Yeah but it's hard because I'm busy.'

But the politician did admit she likes to partake in vodka, beer and wine.

Digging deeper, the Trainwreck star asked if she drank tequila.

'I only drink it when my friends make me,' Hillary reportedly said.

'Make you?!' Schumer shouted during her monologue, 'Who's hazing Hillary Clinton?'

Justin Bieber’s p*nis was also a hot topic.

‘It wasn’t tiny enough to be like ‘ha’ but it wasn’t big enough to be like ‘wow’,’ said Colin Jost, who suggested that the pop star’s appendage is qualified to be the new Speaker of the House.

‘Because the Speaker of the House has to appeal to everyone without truly satisfying anyone,’ he grinned.

‘But I’m not sure if it’d be popular with Republicans…judging by the picture it leans a little too far to the left,’ he added.

Schumer whizzed through several costume changes in the 90 minute show.

In one skit ’Hot for Teacher’ she seemed in her element playing a debauched schoolmistress.

Her plans to get kinky with a male student were thwarted by Aidy Bryant’s character – a keen learner.

‘He got 68 in his last test, now I’m going to show him how to get a 69,’ breathed Schumer, who was clad in a tight pencil skirt and blouse that revealed a black bra.
