She found fame in the now defunct Mad Men as innocent yet career-driven, Peggy Olsen. 

Yet Elisabeth Moss looked worlds away from her demurely-dressed character as she ramped up the sex appeal at the High-Rise premiere in London on Friday night.

The 33-year-old actress, who plays Helen Wilder in the thriller, wowed in a skin-tight black dress which featured a sexy mesh panel.

Elisabeth showed off every inch of her hourglass figure in the midi-dress, which nipped-in at her shapely waist. 

A sweeping mesh panel and leather piping along the star's chest gave the look a sexy feel and highlighted her bosom. 

The stunning star injecting some shine into the ensemble with a pair of pointed metallic heels and a small, structured box clutch.

Elisabeth's peroxide blonde locks were worn in tumbling waves over her shoulders while her short fringe was pushed to one side. 

Her make-up was kept simple with a slick of cerise lipstick and a slick of mascara, while she allowed her alabaster complexion to shine through with just a touch of foundation. 

The actress' accessories were minimal were just a simple pair of studs and a delicate chain, which peeped out of the high neckline of her dress.

Elisabeth stars opposite Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Irons and Sienna Miller in the movie, which is based on a 1975 novel of the same name by J.G.Ballard. 

The story centres around the residents of a luxury tower block of flats which is isolated from society. 

Tom Hiddleston tackles the role of Dr. Robert Laing, a resident of the twenty-fifth floor who strikes up a relationship with Sienna's Charlotte.

 Proving to be quite the jet-setter Elisabeth appeared at the screening of yet another up-coming film - Truth, in Los Angeles on Monday evening presented by Ketel One Vodka.

The stunning star was joined by co-star Cate Blanchett, who looked stunning in a mesh white frock which also featured cut-out detail and a high neck.

Cate stars as 60 Minutes Wednesday producer Mary Mapes in the upcoming movie, while portrays CBS associate producer Lucy Scott.

It tells the true story of the CBS producer, and 60 minutes team who alongside Dan Rather, were at the centre of a controversy over a story about George W Bush's National Guard service, which took place during the Vietnam War.
