The estate agent has remained tight-lipped about the price, but potential buyers will have to be prepared to dig deep as it fetched 42million Australian dollars (30 US dollars) in 2004. With its crystal-clear turquoise waters, 24 hectares of unspoilt coral reef and sugar white sandy beaches, the resort is renowned as one of the best diving locations in the world.
