Although Danielle Lineker illustrated she's just as good at low-key looks as she arrived at LAX airport on Friday.

The 36-year-old stunner, who is married to football legend Gary, looked stunning in a chic, nautical-inspired striped T-shirt with skinny black jeans and on-trend suede ankle boots.

Danielle flaunted her toned frame in the ensemble as the wide-armed top showed the extent of her slim arms and gave a glimpse of the delicate triangle tattoo on her forearm.

The Welsh stunner paired the look with skin-tight black jeans which she gave an edgy touch with the addition of her trendy tan-coloured ankle boots.

She showed she is not too-posh-to-push as she lugged along two suitcases - showing she clearly hasn't packed lightly.

Her make-up was low-key as all that was visible beyond her chic, Ray-Ban sunglasses was a sweep of bronzer along her cheek bones.

The only injection of A-list glam was her gleaming watch - an elegant addition to her low-key look.

Danielle, who married football pundit Gary in 2009, has no doubt been playing the dutiful wife after her husband announced last week that his mother had passed away.

Gary confirmed the news of his mother's passing on Twitter, writing: 'I am profoundly saddened to tell you that my wonderful, beautiful mother has left us. She will though live on in my heart and mind. #RIPMum.'

He added: 'She wouldn't want sympathy. She wouldn't want tears. She would want a gin and tonic. Cheers Mum #RIP.'
