But Jessica Alba ensured she dressed to impress as she stocked up on healthy produce at her local Whole Foods store in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The 34-year-old actress looked picture-perfect in a chic blush-coloured ensemble as she headed back to her car with her producer beau, Cash Warren, with their trolley laden with goods.

Keeping things casual for her day of running errands, the mother-of-two looked lovely in a baby pink plunging maxi dress, which highlighted her toned figure to perfection.

Jessica - who raises daughters Honor, seven, and Haven, four, with Cash - teamed her stylish garment with an elegant beige waterfall cardigan with a cream trim.

The Sin City starlet toted her belongings in a tan lather satchel bag, and added height to her frame with a pair of towering platform heels.

Jessica went make-up free for her casual outing, wearing her brunette locks scraped back off her face in a stylish topknot.

Grinning away as she shared a joke with her husband of seven years, the Honest entrepreneur completed her look with a pair of dark shades.

Cash opted for an equally casual look for the occasion, teaming a simple white tee with sky blue shorts.

The Fantastic Four director opted for dark shades for the occasion, and accessorised with sneakers and striped socks.

Proving himself to be the perfect gentleman, Cash took control of trolley duty as his beautiful wife walked alongside him.

And the couple certainly appeared to be in high spirits, giggling away as they prepared to head home to their two little girls.

Jessica is the founder of lifestyle brand The Honest Company, which promotes and sells natural and non-toxic home and body products.

The company has introduced a new line of make-up - Honest Beauty - and established its first pop-up shop at The Grove in Los Angeles.

Speaking with Women's Wear Daily of the new venture, Jessica explained that the line had been inspired by her years in the business, and wanting dependable, quality make-up.

'I've been working since I was 12, so I have over 20 years' experience with make-up, and I am used to a really high standard of effectiveness and quality,' she told the website.

The Sin City star also revealed that she was always planning on launching a make-up line, but she just wanted to take time to make sure she got it right.
